Authors are required to submit an extended abstract for their oral presentation using the designated template available on the official IBRAS website http://ibras.juw.edu.pk. Submissions must be made through the online portal.

The similarity index of the abstract must be below 20%. Abstracts with a similarity index exceeding 20% may subject to revision, while those exceeding 50% will subject to rejection.

All submitted abstracts will undergo a rigorous peer review process conducted by both national and international experts. The evaluation will focus on scientific merit, novelty, and practical applications.

Authors will receive an official acceptance letter from the conference secretariat upon the successful review of their abstract.

Accepted abstracts will be published online as part of the conference proceedings, each assigned a DOI for citation purposes.

Oral presenters are required to prepare their presentations using PowerPoint. The final presentation must be submitted to the respective session organizer at least two weeks before the conference.

Each oral presentation will be allocated 15 minutes, comprising 10 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for the question-and-answer session.
