About Conference

The key objective of IBRAS is to provide opportunity for the global participants to share their ideas and experience with their peers expected to join from different parts of the world. The IBRAS will highlight cutting-edge advances in all major disciplines of Biological, Chemical and Physical Sciences. Technical tracks span new and original research in all fields of Botany, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Food Science, Microbiology, and Zoology. The IBRAS will also provide a forum for an in-depth assessment of the challenges involved in the dynamic and fast-moving fields of Biological, Chemical and Physical Sciences.

Call for Papers


The Jinnah University for Women, Karachi, Pakistan hosts the International Conference on Biological Research and Applied Science (IBRAS), a distinguished event that features the latest developments and innovations in the field of Biological, Chemical and Physical Sciences. The 4th IBRAS will be held on January 23-25, 2024 at Jinnah University for Women, Karachi, Pakistan in hybrid mode, which allows both online and on-campus participation, to accommodate the researchers and to ensure maximum participation. The conference will offer various technical tracks in the domains of Botany, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Food Science, Microbiology and Zoology. The conference will feature keynote speeches, invited talks, oral presentations, workshop and tutorial. The conference series has successfully completed its three consecutive editions in 2021, 2022 and 2023 attracting an average of 2000 attendees, featuring distinguished international keynote speakers, and presenting over 100 oral papers. IBRAS-2024 will offer a unique opportunity for researchers to share and discuss their latest findings, trends, and challenges in oral sessions. Tutorial and Workshop

The IBRAS-2024 also includes a tutorial on Artificial Intelligence and a hands-on workshop on Bioinformatics. These are two emerging and interdisciplinary fields that have many applications and challenges in biological research and applied science. The tutorial will introduce the basic concepts, and tools of artificial intelligence applicable in Healthcare sector. The workshop on Bioinformatics will provide practical experience on how to use bioinformatics tools and techniques to analyze biological data, such as DNA, RNA, proteins, and metabolites. The tutorial and workshop will be conducted by experts from Jinnah University for Women, who will share their insights and experiences. The participants will have the opportunity to learn new skills, interact with the instructors and peers, and explore the potential of artificial intelligence and bioinformatics in their research areas.
